Legendary jazz pianist Tsuyoshi Yamamoto, and former sound engineer for the Three Blind Mice label Yoshihiko Kannari, reunited in 2022 for the "Blues for K" album. This work, which was recorded at Kannari's private Studio Lion in the Tochigi Prefecture, won the Jazz Audio Disc Award 2022 Silver Prize. For this brand new album “Sweet For K”, Kannari and the Tsuyoshi Yamamoto Trio reunite at the legendary Onkio Haus studios and revisit some of their favorite ballads, mainly by Erroll Garner, whom Tsuyoshi Yamamoto has always admired and loved.
